Well its all been good today, back at work so this morning was pretty dire until i got there, then i realised i was on my own all day, just me and the radio, it was brilliant.

Had a light breakfast consisting of Melon and Yoghurt, a light lunch consisting of just fruit, and then as it was me cooking tonight i made chicken in a tomato based sauce with garlic & Rosemary roast potatoes, it was dead nice.

All in all not a bad day diet wise, had another oghurt and a SMALL chocolate bar as well on top of that (its allowed on my diet, honest). Thing is i usually get hungry in the evening, but today/tonight that seems not to be an issue....

Onwards and upwards i say - must have lost at least 3 stone this week (thinking perhaps i should modify my expectations somewhat)
